Debra has been living in Cranage for 22 years with a long and varied career in National Sales & Marketing, Customer Service and Events for National companies through out the UK. This followed an interesting stint as a Hotel Inspector for the AA! She settled here with husband Simon and raised a family. During that time Debra set up outside catering company Delice and The Cheeky Chef teaching children and adults how to cook in afterschool and evening classes.

Volunteering in the community started at school with PTA, Scouting Assistant roles and more recently as Station Manager for the last 6 years for Dane Sound Radio, along with Marie developing a grass roots station with over 75 presenters and outside events. A chance to try many new skills inlcuding broadcasting, programme planning and editing, scheduling, presenting, interviewing the lovely guests, fundraising, organising local events like Rumble in the Jungle and Hero Awards.

Debra has been with the Partnership since July 2022 focusing on facilitating volunteering in the community and organising the Christmas Market and Fair along with Gail and other members of the Partnership, proving to be a great success again.

She loves gardening especially growing fruit and veg, family holidays and travel and of course cooking! Debra's daughter has a 1st Class Honours degree in Marketing and now works at Tatton Park and her son is in his final year of Masters in Engineering at Loughborough University.
